House rule
The aim of our policy is to provide our guests with a calm, pleasant rest and to avoid any misunderstandings or inconveniences.
The most important information:
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. It is forbidden to let visitors or strangers in!
The apartments are fully equipped, so we ask our guests to confirm the completeness of the room inventory with a signature upon receipt of the apartment. If they notice a discrepancy, let us know.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area, in the courtyard and on the terrace.
We respectfully ask our smoking guests not to scatter the butts in the yard and in the whole area of the apartment, but to collect them in the trash.
Please do not eat in the rooms, only in the kitchen and on the terrace!
We ask our guests not to make noise in the yard and in the house until 22.00-8.00, they also respect the rest of others.
Our guests must take care of the cleanliness of the apartment themselves during their stay.
Please collect waste selectively! If trash in the house becomes full, please empty it into the trash outside.
We do not accept pets.
We ask our guests to keep the house and the yard clean and to ensure that the equipment and household appliances are used as intended.
Our Guests are financially liable for damages resulting from improper use of the yard, apartment, equipment and household appliances, as well as from violations of the House Rules. Damage will be settled on site. In the guest house, something other than the fault of the guests may also break down or break down. If you notice any abnormality, please report it to us as soon as possible to avoid any serious damage.
The landlord reserves the right not to accept guests who are behaving in a scandalous manner and who do not comply with the policy, or to remove them from the accommodation immediately.
