Final cleaning fee

HUF 15,000, not payable in case of canceled booking.

Booking deposit
The booking deposit is 20% of the total rental, payable at the time of booking.
The remaining rent and final cleaning fee must be paid upon arrival at the property.

We will always send you an email about our offer to avoid misunderstandings.
The reservation is guaranteed if we have received the booking deposit and confirmed it by e-mail.

Cancellation policy:
The full deposit will be refunded 60 days prior to arrival.
Between 59-30 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If we can resell the booked date, we will refund the full deposit.
In case of cancellation within 30 days, the deposit can only be refunded in case of resale.
